SHOPPING CARD PROGRAM FACTS
How does the program work?
You purchase shopping cards from St. Mary’s at full face value and you receive the full amount of purchase. Vendors give St. Mary’s a rebate. For example, you purchase a $100 Safeway Shopping Card from St. Mary’s and you receive a Safeway Shopping Card valued at $100 and St. Mary’s receives a $5 rebate from the vendor. Shopping Cards purchased at St. Mary’s do not expire. It’s a Win/Win for everyone!
How do I order?
Attached is a Shopping Card Order Form for your use. Please make copies of the form each time you order Shopping Cards from St. Mary’s. You can also print the form using the link at the top of this page. Forms will also be available in the foyer in the back of the Church. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON THE FORM IN CASE WE NEED TO REACH YOU.
Please return the form & your check to one of the following locations: Rectory, School or Church after Saturday/Sunday Masses. If returned to one of the Masses, please give the form & your check to the volunteers selling Shopping Cards at the end of each Mass.
Walk-up sales are at the School on Tuesday from 9:15 am to 10:00 am and at the Rectory on Wednesday from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon.
When will I get my order?
We will try to fill your order as soon as possible. If you return the form and your check to the Rectory or the School by Sunday, you will be able to pick up your Shopping Cards the following Wednesday at the Rectory between 9:30 am to 12:00 noon or Friday at the Rectory between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. If you cannot make either location, you can pick up your order at one of the Masses on Saturday or Sunday. (You must pick up your Shopping Cards from the volunteers at the end of Mass.)
Can there be a problem with getting all my Shopping Cards in a timely manner?
If there is a problem with filling your entire order, a volunteer will call you to work out the details of filling your order. That is the reason your phone number is so important to have on the form. We are not anticipating a problem. However, it may take a few weeks for us to adjust our program to meet the increased demand for Shopping Cards.
DO NOT REFILL YOUR SHOPPING CARDS AT THE STORE!
ST. MARY’S WILL NOT GET CREDIT.
